Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University holds a special place in traditional and cultural higher education system in India. University is a key role player not only in spreading the traditional education but also in preserving Shastraic tradition, traditional Sanskrit lore, research in pedagogical aspects of Sanskrit education, Indian culture and values, indices/digests and bibliographical materials of Sanskrit etc.
As a Registrar of this prestigious University, my focus will be on refining our strategic direction and identifying opportunities for growth. We are constantly responding to the challenges of the changing academia by defining our strengths and building our distinctive character and identity.
